International Yoga Day observed at Expert
Expert PU College, Valachil-Mangaluru celebrated the International Yoga Day with great enthusiasm.
Yoga Guru Yogarathna Gopalakrishna Delampady inaugurated the event. Speaking on the occasion Yogarathna Delampady stressed on the need to practise yoga regularly for keeping the mind and body balanced and healthy. Later more than One thousand three hundred students simultaneously performed various ‘asanas’ under his guidance in the Cultural Centre.
Yoga Guru Gopalkrishna Delampady, Ms. Bharathi S Rao, Ms. Suma Shetty, Ms. Neena Pai, Mr. Karthik, Master Skanda, Mr. Raghavendra Shenoy (Vice principal Admin), Mr. Rakshith K were present on the occasion, Mr. Shivappa S P welcomed the gathering, compered the programme and proposed vote of thanks.
